New camera arrived
Last friday I got my new Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7. So I spent most of the afternoon running around in the house, trying to find something interesting. I created an album with the first few pictures. These are just some test photos and therefore I didn't really care about some reflections when shooting through a window.

Dead pixels
Last weekend I've realized with horror that my Nikon Coolpix 990 has dozens of dead pixels.
I was actually experimenting with the long exposure function and taking picture of the sky at night. Here are 2 fotos:

If you switch between them you should notice some violet and green pixels. I've highlighted most of them in the following picture: Night sky with errors
Well, this is actually a good time the get a new camera, isn't it.

binarysearch.ch goes RSS
After adding a search field to the calendar a few days ago, I've improved my news system by adding RSS functionality.
The generated RSS file should be valid and therefore readable by most feed readers. However, if you do have problems please tell me.

Finally, I've finished (for now) my rewriting work for 'Fotopage', which I now call 'PhotoPage' (Yeah, I'm really creative).
Notice the new entry 'Photos' in the navigation bar.

Binary table
For an exam I've written a small C-Tool, to create a binary table with one's and two's complement. You will find it in the download section.
I have to add, that I normally don't code in plain C, so you can be sure, there are some strange things in that code.
